-Every work of art sold will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

-The shipping fee is free for Canada, but set at $50.00 for other countries.

​

-Taxes will be added to the purchase.

​

-A 15% reduction will be offered with the purchase of two paintings and a 20% for any additional purchase if the acquisition is made in the same year.

​

-For any percentage discount, you must contact me in private -otherwise it will not apply.

​

-For special orders, a 25% deposit will be required. A follow-up with photos of the various stages of development of the work will be done with the client, allowing modifications to ensure his satisfaction. The refund agreement is the same as for any other work. (See below).

-A pickup agreement or personal delivery, depending on your proximity, can be discussed.

​

-In the event that a customer demonstrates dissatisfaction, an EXCHANGE would then be offered according to the same criteria mentioned above. If necessary, the EXCHANGE of the work would be at the artist expense. If this still does not satisfy the client, the RETURN would be at the customer's expense and the refund made only when the work is in the hands of the artist and the inspection of the condition satisfactory. In all cases, the client may not exceed a period of more than a week to submit his request.

-In any case if the work of art is damaged during transport, photos will be required upon arrival of the goods with, if possible, its packaging. The artist will then contact the delivery company to make arrangements.
