In the United States and internationally, fees are calculated based on weight, size of the artwork, and the shipping method chosen. These additional fees will be communicated to you prior to shipping for your approval.
We undertake to deliver your purchases to you within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of carriers, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products purchased or according to the additional insurance you decide to take out.
The risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you when they are handed over to the carrier. For goods that must cross an international border, this is then transferred at customs clearance.
In the event that a customer demonstrates dissatisfaction, an exchange or return will then be proposed following the consent of our customer service. However, the shipping costs would be inherent to the customer . The exchange or refund will be made when the work is in the hands of the artist and the latter notes its perfect condition.
